Personal Training & Lifestyle Coaching
Coaching you on a one-to one basis, focusing on physical fitness, mental fitness, and nutrition goals to achieve tangible results with consistent training. Disciplines covered are mat and reformer Pilates, and gym training. Sessions are one-to-one, but small group sessions are available on request.
Creating a Brand Tone of Voice
Your brand narrative is important - from web content to social media, newsletters to SEO content. Wellness Division will build your content strategy and set a tone of voice for your company - from blog features to copywriting, script writing, to social media posts and storyboarding.
